You agree that Bridgement may make inquiries to confirm any information provided by you and your company and that Bridgement may verify the information and obtain additional information from Experian, TransUnion or any other credit bureaux, when assessing the information provided herein. You authorise Bridgement to conduct a credit report on the company, and warrant that all the directors and/or members have consented to your company instructing Bridgement to conduct the credit enquiry on your company and that the Director and/or Members acknowledges that the enquiry will include an inquiry into the Director and/or Member’s credit profile. You further warrant that the Directors and/or members authorise Bridgement to obtain the credit information on the Directors and/or Members and that your company has the consents as stated herein. In the event of Bridgement being required to do an account verification check to verify that banking details provided, are correct, or to enquire with the your company’s banker to obtain its opinion with regards to finance amounts and finance terms applicable to your company, you hereby authorise such an enquiry. You furthermore consent to Bridgement submitting your information, including payment profile and default information and any other relevant information, to Experian, TransUnion or any other credit bureaux and to allow the credit bureaux to release the information for lawful purposes to third parties.
- You further warrant that all information supplied to Bridgement is to the best of your knowledge true and correct, that you are not aware of any other information of your company that would affect your application in any way, and that you are authorised to accept these terms and enter into agreements with Bridgement.
- You further warrant you will not use the Website or the services or any information made available or sent to you by us pursuant to your use of the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under South African or international law or is contravention of the Website Terms.
- This Website is available to you for your non-commercial use.
- We may modify, withdraw or deny access to this Website at any time.
- You may not print pages of this website and no part of this Website may be reproduced or transmitted for any purpose.
